Our caregivers are fully insured. References from previous employers are always verified and a lengthy personal interview conducted before hiring. CCC rules and regulations are thoroughly explained.
Extensive information about the client is given to each caregiver before beginning working with the client.
With so many caregivers to choose from, we are able to match personalities.
Reporting / Open Communication
Your caregiver will keep a daily record that details all aspects of your care. Information is passed on from shift to shift to promote continuity of quality care. Your caregiver will notify the office of any changes in your status that require immediate attention.
Once a week or every day, a caregiver is available to you wherever you are: to be the support person enabling you to remain in your own home, to add one-on-one extra care in a senior’s residence, or to provide constant bedside care during a hospital stay. Your personal caregiver is carefully selected from our dedicated staff with every attempt made to meet your specific care needs and to find the best personality match. He or she is given pertinent information about you before the first visit and will be closely supervised and supported on an ongoing basis by our nurses.
