Dee Davidson.
I am the owner of Complete Care Coordination which was founded in 2000. I am a Registered Nurse specializing in geriatric nursing since 1991. My experiences include Floor Duty Nurse, Head Nurse, Director of Nursing, and positions as Associate Director and Executive Director of two private long term care Nursing Residences in Montreal. I bring a wealth of experience in Geriatrics and knowledge of both care facility operations and home care management.
Having worked with hundreds of families who have had to deal with the many difficulties facing their aging parents, I have designed and implemented a comprehensive service to meet their needs. So many adult children have left Montreal over the last few decades, leaving parents behind. Our CCC clients’ family members are located in Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Florida, Vancouver and Toronto and elsewhere, as well as many in Montreal.
Recognizing the need for patient advocacy and family representation, my staff and I represent these families and ensure that quality care is provided, whether at home, or in a senior’s residence, nursing facility or hospital. With aging parents of my own in another part of the country, I am well aware of the difficulties that arise when attempting to ensure a continuum of quality care from a distance, as well as the emotional strain on adult children.

I have had experience as a Registered Nurse in Intensive Care and Geriatrics in Ontario. For several years, after moving to Montreal, I cared for seniors privately as well as through an agency in homes, hospitals, and residences. I have worked with CCC since 2003.

Ann - Office Coordinator
I am a Registered Nurse. I worked for 26 years in nursing management positions at a large Montreal hospital. I have been with CCC since 2004. Once a week I volunteer at a long term care facility.

Brina - Staffing Coordinator
I am a Certified Nurse's Aide and also have 10 years experience working as an Executive Assistant before joining CCC in 2004.
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing Caregivers
- Verifying References
- Ensuring Client/Caregiver Compatibility
- Scheduling Staff
Erin - Registered Nurse
I graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2003. After working on an acute care general medical/surgical unit I joined CCC in 2004. Since graduating as a nurse I have continued my studies in the fields of both nursing and laboratory techniques.
